Michelin GPS X950 T error message

Hello,
I have a Michelin x950T GPS and it just showed me the following error message:

fatal application error
application MAPSONIC.EXE has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.........etc

program:mapsonic.exe
exception: 0xc0000005
address: 0026e27c

since then I can’t start it anymore....it’s stuck on that!!!

could someone have a solution?

We're going to have to reinstall with Content Manager on the PC

no problem, you connect your GPS to the PC, and you turn it on it will emit a sound, you look for your program on your PC click start, all programs and viamichelin and content manager dépannage section and there you reinstall your card
