Pctspk.exe 100% de la CPU

Bonjour
Depuis plusieurs jours, à un demarrage sur deux, le processus pctspk.exe bouffe de 98 à 99% de la CPU et bloque parfois dévinitivement la bécane. J'ai vu que ça arrivait dans certains cas d'infection par un virus. J'ai fait passé Norton, Kaspersky et ....RAS, alors je sais plus quoi faire.
J'ai utilisé hijackthis, mais je ne sais pas interpréter les résultats

Aussi occur avec moi (Win XP Pro)
Quand il occurs, je active le control des process et cancel le pctspk.exe
Depuis je appel la conection par telephne avec le "provider" des services d' internet
Vous savez si est il possible canceler cette process ?

The modem speaker application PCTSPK.EXE can sometimes cause a 100% CPU load for systems with a PCTEL HSP56MR modem. You can check whether PCTSPK.EXE really is causing the issue as follows:
1. Press the <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Del> keys at the same time.
2. Click the Task Manager button.
3. Look in the "Image Name" column for PCTSPK.
4. Select the Processes tab.
5. Then look at the value in the column "CPU".
This CPU value should NOT be high at all, even at 0 (zero) if the modem is not used. If it is between 90-100 then PCTSPK.EXE is the cause of the symptoms described above.
Solution:
When encountering the symptoms mentioned, use the Task Manager to close the program PCTSPK.EXE.
1. Press the <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Del> keys at the same time.
2. Click the Task Manager button.

Il y a quelque autre possibilité pour canceller l'execution du pctspk.exe par complete?
Resulte trés laborieuse être a canceler l'execution avec END TASK

Je me suis débarrassé de PCTSPK en désinstallant "HSP56 micro modem driver". J'ai fait cette désinstallation par "panneau de configuration/"ajout supression de programme" et selection de HSP56...
Cette désinstallation ne me gène pas car j'ai un modem ADSL.

J'ai le même problème avec PCTSPK.EXE. J'arrive à tuer le processus, je peux effacer le ficher c:\Windows\system32.exe\pckspk.exe mais à chaque fois il est re-installer. Je trouvé que le ficher existe aussi dans le backup de drivers de windows c:\Windows\Driver Cache\i386\driver.cab et c'est pour ça que il se re-installe automatiquement, mais je ne sais pas comment l'effacer du ficher driver.cab.
