Infectée par antivirus 2009Résolu/Fermé

Bonjour,
Je suis infectée par antivirus 2009, j ai lu plusieurs sujets et j ai donc fais un rapport avec HijackThis que je copie ici, est ce que qelqu'un pourrait m' aider a me débarasser de ce truc svp merci

Salut !!

commence par faire ceci stp :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

ensuite :


Option 1 - Recherche :


télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau à cette adresse (c est le numéro 2 en bas de la page) : 

https://www.androidworld.fr/

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

Option 2 - Nettoyage :


Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage).

Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix

Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.


Redémarrer en mode normal et poster le rapport.

télécharge OtMoveIt 

Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau à cette adresse :

(c est le numéro 7 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/
 
Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée. 
Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras dans la citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt sous Paste List of Files/Folders to move. 


c:\users\laura\appdata\local	emp\syhyafkw.dll
 


clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression. 
Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results". 
Clique sur Exit pour fermer. 
Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles. 

Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

puis tu cliques sur fix checked.

vas faire la mise à jour de java à cette adresse :

https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp

et ensuite désinstalle la version antérieure.

Le virus n est pas réapparut merci beaucoup beaucoup de m avoir accordé de votre temps , cela viendrait d'un jeu que j ai téléchargé ? je peut supprimer les logiciels télécharger ? merci encore

si tu n as plus de problemes, tu peux faire ceci pour terminer stp :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :  

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : 

(c est le numéro 15 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/ 

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler 
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse


ensuite vas réactiver le controle des comptes utilisateurs et créer un point de restauration systeme !!

si il te reste des logiciels qui ont servi à la désinfection, tu peux les supprimer...à part malwarebytes, tu pourras faire de temps en temps des analyses avec...
