Bonjour,
Depuis quelque temps, je commence à avoir un message d'erreur parlant de Rundll32.exe surtout en essayant de me connecter sur internet.
quelques sites précisaient qu'il s'agit d'un virus au registre
d'autres disent que c'est un défaut lié au système windows vista
j'ai scanné mon pc avec adaware, spyboot, ccleaner et j'ai déja l'avira. rien d'anormal!
y'a t il qqun pour m'aider à fixer ce problème??

ça doit venir de la je pense:

pour être un peu plus sur:
télécharge et installe http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe puis fait ceci:

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option Mettre à jour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soit cochée. >>> clique sur "Terminer"
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur le bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur ok

Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***

3 Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Exécuter un examen complet >>> Rechercher
Sélectionne ton disque dur >>> clic sur Lancer l'examen
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
Colle le rapport de malwarebytes dans ta réponse
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

après télécharge ccleaner et nettoie un petit coup(regarde le tuto:https://forums.cnetfrance.fr
- lance plusieurs fois le nettoyeur et la recherche d'erreur jusqu'à ce qu'il ne reste plus rien
- supprime les programmes qui se lancent au démarrage (excepter ceux que tu connait et dont tu te sert ainsi que ton antivirus et le cas echéant ton parfeu)



après télécharge the cleaner regarde le tuto( https://www.commentcamarche.net/list 9284 détecter les infections et désinfecter avec the cleaner ) pour installer et fait une analyse puis poste le rapport.

salut



Télécharge OTMoveIt (d'OldTimer). Sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
Sélectionne ce qui est en gras ci-dessous:


C:\Program Files\AdwareBot\AdwareBot.exe



---> Clique-droit puis Copier (ou Ctrl+C)

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe afin de le lancer.
Fais un Clique-droit sur le cadre de gauche puis choisis Coller (ou Ctrl+V).
Clique maintenant sur MoveIt!

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Bonsoir,
désolé de répondre avec un peu de retard, mais j'avais qques engagements familiaux à gérer avant de revenir à ce problème qui persiste toujours. le message d'erreur n'apparait plus au démarrage du Pc ou de lla connexion internet, mais prend tout son temps avant de me surgir en plein visage.
j'ai essayé d'appliquer les deux méthodes sauf qu'après avoir utilisé le malware byte, le Adwarebot.exe a disparu et j'avais plus besoin d'utiliser le OT move it2.
bref, aux fins utiles, veuillez trouver, ci après, successivement les résultas du scanning avec hijackthis et le malware byte. à noter que j'ai bien passer ccleaner à plusieurs reprises.
merci de nouveau pour votre précieuse aide.

essaie de désinstaller le programme boonty

puis passe un coup de ccleaner comme expliquer sur le post 1

puis repost un rapport hijackthis

(pour fixer les lignes, sur le rapport, cocher les cases devant les lignes enoncées puis choisir le bouton "fix checked")

Bonsoir, j'ai essayé d'appliquer à la lettre tes instructions et voila le nouveau rapport hijackthis
il est à signaler que j'ai redémarré mon laptop à deux reprises, et jusqu'à maintenant j'ai pas reçu le message d'erreur. j'espère qu'il est disparu pour toujours. d'ici demain, je confirmerai soit la résolution du problème ou sa persistance.

Re,
ci apres le nouveau rapport hijackthis
il à signaler que j'ai fixé tous les lignes demandées. je vois toujours qu'elles sont sont toujours là après les avoir fixées et je ne sais pas si c'est normal ou non.
j'ai également passé les files indiqués sur virus total. rien a signaler à propos de quelques un alors que d'autres sont inexistants tels que le boonty (que j'ai supprimé toutes les files retrouvées portant ce nom à la suite d'une recherche normale sur pc. ça fait dejà plusieurs mois que j'ai désinstallé le jeu appartenant à cette famille et qui s'appelait super granny 4). Ultime indication, le launcher fait partie des programmes associés à Acer (5100), qui est la marque de mon laptop.

Bon, les logiciel the cleaner et malware ont déjà fait une analyse.

Ont va essayer autre chose:

Télécharger Smitfraudfix (ne pas oublier d’extraire tous les fichiers sinon il indiquera que le process.exe est absent)

* Sélectionner 4 pour mettre à jour Smitfraudfix
* Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport et rechercher les fichiers responsables de l'infection. => le poster pour analyse
* Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection. (De préférence en mode sans échec, la suppression sera plus facile, c’est fortement conseillé)
Répondre O (oui) à la question "Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?"
Répondre O (oui) à la question "Corriger le fichier infecté ?" pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.
* Sélectionner 3 pour effacer la liste des sites de confiance et sensibles. ( lignes O15)

Dèsolé de revenir à la charge si vite mais c'est juste pour dire que le smitfraud fix a donné lieu à un deuxième rapport et je ne sais pas lequel des deux sera intéressant pour toi. en tout cas, voila ci apres le deuxième rapport, à toute fin utile
