Hello,

I would like to know how to delete the predictive text dictionary from the internet search. !Warning! I'm not talking about the browser but the internet search that is located under the browser in the XMB (the PS3 menu)

I tried to delete the dictionary, but it only removes the browser dictionary

It's frustrating because I entered words with mistakes!

Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.1

Sorry, it's not working (even with the latest version of the software = 3.55), the words always come back!

il faut faire : "Internet search > type 'google' > click on the first link > type 'triangle' in the input bar > tools > delete search history > yes." and there you go!

    I have the solution!

The thing with parameters > system parameter > clear ... that doesn't work!

You need to open the web browser, press the triangle, go to tools, and finally

    "delete search history" :)

Alright, I'll explain it for all the young perverts out there, haha.... 1- Turn on PS3
2- Go to the Network tab
      3- Internet Browser
4- Press the green button on your controller (Triangle)
      5- Select tools
      6- Clear search history.

It's not more complicated than that, and it's supposed to erase all the words that appeared in the history on the right. But you'll have to do it again every time you make "typos."

      Keep me updated :D

Finally, to delete the URLs from 'history', you need to go to System Settings, clear the input dictionary stuff, and there you go!

It helps avoid getting caught because I check some porn with that... ;)

      Thanks!!!

euhhh excusez-moi mais n'est-ce vraiment pas possible d'effacer cet historique de recherche autrement qu'en le reformatant ? N'existe-t-il pas une manipulation précise pour l'effacer ?
