    I also have this problem: an old phone works fine, but the D20V doesn’t ring anymore! Everything else works (I can make calls, I can receive a call but I have to pick up at the right moment, without ringing). I think it’s a general issue with the device: there are a lot of complaints about this! Thank you Sagem. Buy French, you will be rewarded.

      Hello,
      I had the same problem and I followed Christophe's advice. I replaced the 100µF 10 volts capacitor with a 100µF 25 volts capacitor. It's the one next to a larger one in the base, and it's called C35. I did it yesterday and it works; it costs 20 cents at Conrad.

      Thank you for your advice. I'm in the same situation, and it comforts me to see that it can be resolved. Did you do the manipulation by yourself? I'm quite handy, but I'm a little intimidated by the idea of opening my base... I don't have a Conrad store near me; do you think I could find that at Numérica?

      Replace capacitor C35 (0.25 cents) and don’t forget to observe the polarity ;-)

    It just happened to me. I saw on a website (I can't find it again!) Unplug everything, the box and everything. Plug everything back in. It works!

    Sorry for my off-topic response, but I find it hard to see how the line could be responsible for a ringing, though it’s interesting to ask the question. If I have any news, I’ll post!
