Bonjour,
j'ai été infecté par antivirus xp 2008 hier, je pense l'avoir retiré mai je n'ai plus accès au papier paint et à l'écran de vieille merci de ce que vous pourrez faire pour moi

mon ordi à l'air de fonctionner normalement mais je n'ai toujours pas retrouvé mes fonctions papier peint et écran de veille et c'est ça qui m'embête

Tu ne peux toujours pas avoir accès au papier peint ni à l'écran de veille par panneau de configuration -> affichage? As-tu fais un scan avec un antispyware?

non quand je vais dans affichage je n'ai accès qu'a theme, apparence et paramètre et j'ai fait un scan hier avec ad-aware
mais j'ai pas mal de fichier infecté qui sont dans la quarantaine de mon antivirus avg je ne sait pas si c'est important

d'ailleurs quel antivirus payant ou non me conseillerez-vous?

Je me suis retrouve dans le meme cas et j'ai effacer tout ce que avg et Ad-Aware ont pu trouver puis g restorer mes fichier system avec sfc/scannow et pour moi tout a bien marcher mais je ne sait pas si tu veut prendre un tel risque

je ne suis pas très doué en informatique et si c'est risqué je ne veut pas prendre le risque de tout perdre

Je ne sait pas si Kaspersky 2009 ou eset nod 32 peuve eradiquer t'es problemes mais malheureusement il n'existe pas de soluces miracle

finalement en faisant un dernier scan avec malwarebytes anti-malware en mode normal et (non en mode sans echec)
mon problème est maintenant résolu j'ai retrouvé ma fonction écran de veille et papier peint

je remercie tout ceux qui ont donné un peu de leur temps pour m'aider

p.s: est-ce que je peut supprimer les dossiers qui sont en quarantaine dans malwarebytes anti-malware?

Tu supprimes tout


· Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.(sur un des 2 liens)
http://pc-system.fr/

· Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
· Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
· Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
· Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
· Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).
