D3dx9_30.dll

Hello,

I downloaded d3dx9_30.dll and it's not working!!! So I would like some advice!!!!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    To solve this problem, you need to download the latest version of DirectX from the Microsoft website.

    If that doesn't work, you can try this:
    1. Download the d3dx9_30.dll file directly here for example:
    https://www.opendll.com/index.php?file-download=d3dx9_30.dll
    2. Extract it to c:\windows\system32
    3. Go to "Start > Run" then type this "regsvr32 d3dx9_30.dll"

    Let me guess, your games aren't working because d3dx9 is corrupted... Well, yeah, it's like me, I've got a laptop and the games Heroes V and Resident Evil refuse to launch, but there must be a solution.

    It seems to me that it's DirectX. Try updating DirectX and your graphics card.

    Well, my graphics card is up to date and the DirectX is the one provided with the game, so... but on the games it says incompatible with laptops but I'm sure there is a crack to make it work.
