I’m playing GTA IV on Xbox 360 and I’m too lazy to complete the game 100%, so does a 100% save exist to download on the web for the Xbox 360? If yes, where and how to get it to work.

I don’t see why you’re wasting money to set a backup to 100%
There’s no longer any charm to it; a game is designed to be explored and experience the game’s action, not to buy it and put it away just because you pulled a 100% save.
I don’t even understand why these save patches exist; do what you want but in any case you’re not a real GAMER ;-)
