I would like to know if we can buy new properties in GTA V.
If so, how?
I've already tried Dynasty 8 but it says to try again later!

Hi, you can only buy hideouts in online mode! The Dynasty 8 website also works only in online mode.
In solo mode, you can only purchase the locations marked on the map, but you can't access the Dynasty 8 website.
