How to convert .nrg to .avi

Hello,
I recorded a TV show on my DVD and it is in .nrg format, and I would like to convert it to .avi format.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

.nrg = it's a disk image! So you'll have a hard time converting an nrg file to avi!!

there are tons of them but Video Convert works for sure

I just hope that .nrg is accepted by this software

otherwise try online conversion sites
in my life there are 3 types of people:
