Bonjour,
je vous demande de l'aide j'ai fait tout ce que je pouvais faire j'ai lu de nombreux forum pour essayer d'y arriver toute seule mais là vous êtes mon dernier recours j'ai de nombreux virus sur mon pc et je ne sais pas comment faire pour le nettoyer mon antivirus est avast il m'en a trouvé 2 win32:adware-gen (adw) dans d7bqr5ug.exe c:/documents and settings/jessie/appdata/local/temp ainsi que win32:agent-sg (trj) dans memory.dmp c:/windows ceux là sont en quarantaine dans avast puis-je les supprimer ou comment nettoyer le pc ensuite j'ai fait un scan en ligne avec panda il m'en a trouvé 2 autres qui eux ne sont pas en quarantaine : 00101555 Application/KillApp.B HackTools C:\hp\bin\KillIt.exe et 00199231 HackTool/EvID HackTools C:\Program Files\eChanblard\EvID4226Patch.exe que dois-je faire? je vous envoi aussi le rapport hijackthis

pour les virus, le plus indiqué est kaspersky internet security 2009 (version d'essai sur leurs ite)

quand je clique sur le lien que tu m'as envoyé j'ai d'indiqué que la page web est introuvable
j'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à scanner mon pc avec les antivirus en ligne le seul qui a fonctionner est panda tous les autres bitdefender, kaspersky, trend micro , securiser.com n'ont pas voulu fonctionner.

j'ai enfin réussi à faire le nettoyage avec superantispyware que j'ai téléchargé sur comment ça marche. il m'avait trouvé 44 adware tracking cookie tous dans file items.
