Bonjour,
Quand une fenêtre s'ouvre avec le message " votre ordi est infecté, cliquez ici pour le déinfecter "
est-ce déjà une infection ce message ?
quel est le premier pgme à utiliser pour diagnostiquer le problème ?

    Bonjour, est ce que ce sont des fenêtres intempestives dans firefox et le nom du logiciel proposé est drive cleaner, system doctor... ?

      Merci pour ta réponse rapide,
      C'est pour l'oridnateur d'un ami, qui m'a posé la question, apparement c'est le type de pgmes qui est proposés, mais ces fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas systématiquement, il utilise IE7.
      Je lui ai déjà demandé de passer à Firefox,
      les fenêtres s'ouvriraient indépendamment du navigateur: par ex dans outlook
      Il m'a dit que windows defender se lancait en analyse rapide tous les matins
      et en analyse complète une fois par semaine.

      Je sais que ce n'est pas claire comme explication mais je voudrais savoir que faire quand j'irai chez lui et ne pas lancer 36 pgmes de détections

    slt pour voir les infections il faudrait nous poster un rapport hijackhits
    ce qui permettra de savoir si il faut utiliser navilog, smitfraudfix ou ....

    Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

    ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

    Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
    Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
    C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

      Je ne pourrais envoyer le rapport hijackthis que ce soir vers 18H quand je serais chez lui.
      Je repasserais à ce moment là et posterais les résultats pour une lecture à ta convenance.

    au début j'aurai pensé au virus navipromo mais avec ce que tu m'as dit je ne suis pas sûr. va voir quand même ici http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/presentation.htm Mais lit bien pour voir si c'est bien le problème de ton ami.
    Sinon passe lui un petit coup de spybot https://www.safer-networking.org/download/ N'oublie pas les mises à jours. Ensuite tu peux tenter en analyse en ligne https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
    Et pour finir https://www.emsisoft.com/fr/ (a squared free, le 3è en partant du haut)
    Et si vraiment rien ne marche je te conseille un formatage.

    can ce fichier avec virus total et si infécté tu le vire https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

    ad aware c'est pas la peine il est dépassé actuellement le mieux pour virer les espions est MALWAREBYTE'S ANTIMALWARE

    scan avec
    MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et vire ce qui est trouvé et colle le rapport

    ensuite tu as des rotkits: fais ceci:

    Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
    Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

    Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

      je ferais tout ce que tu me proposes ce soir et te tiendrais au courant,
      J'essaie depuis quelques temps de comprendre les différents rapports hijacthis postés sur le site.
      Quelle est l'information qui pourrait suggérer que dd.exe est infecté?
      Les rootkits se retrouvent ou dans le rapport ?

      Pour moi, j'avais relevé en 04- avbvj.exe et eious.exe qui me paraissaient suspects? Est-ce le cas ?

      Bonjour à toi !,
      voici les nouvelles du matin , lol
      j'ai scanné le pc hier soir, il y avaient 25 fichiers infectés.
      Quand j'ai demandé au copain si je continuais la désinfection, il m'a répondu "tu fais ce que tu veux, moi je m'en fou, c'est pas moi qui ai demandé a avoir des virus et des trojans et je ne comprends pas l'impact que cela peut avoir d'ouvrir des ports etc sur mon pc. Je lui avait donné à lire le mensuel windows xp qui donnait ces explications.
      Je lui ai installé firefox en lui suggérant de l'utiliser à la place de IE7, il m'a répondu qu'il continuerait d'utiliser IE7.
      Vu la situation, je le laisse responsable de ce qu'il désire et ne discuterais plus avec lui à ce niveau.
