Hello,
I bought the NYTECH DS-8310 at Lidl. I'm not a digital photography specialist, but I found the price reasonable for the features it offered. However, I can't transfer the photos to my PC. After installing the provided software, the device shows USB ERROR. Can anyone help me?? Thank you for your help.

I think the problem lies in the installation of the driver for your digital device.
It is advisable to restart the driver installation on your PC, but first you need to uninstall the first failed attempt.
And don't forget that Windows does not easily detect the installation of new hardware that is not exclusively from the manufacturer. Read the installation manual and follow the required procedure. Good luck!

As for my mishap, it's fixed thanks to Digital Image Recovery. I spent the whole afternoon at my brother's place but I recovered my 400 vacation photos, phew, that's something ; )
However, regarding my installation, I still can't manage it.......... if anyone has had the same problem with this type of device....

After messing around, I did THE WRONG MANIPULATION and formatted the device's card, so all my beautiful vacation photos are in the trash, pffffffffff
Anyway, to reply, I first installed the CD before connecting the device; apparently, it doesn't detect the device, and some users have had the same problem.... The USB function was indeed enabled....
On the other hand, if anyone knows if the device has internal memory (that must exist, right????? :(
