Sender's name with Outlook

Hello

For my messaging, I use Outlook 2000

Currently, I only have one email address, e.g. Durand; when I send an email, I use the address book to indicate the recipient, and when the recipient receives the email, they see Durand as the sender.

Now I want a second email address with the sender's name Toto; I would like the recipient to see Toto, while still using the address book. How do I choose between Durand and Toto?
