Je veux enlever antivirusxp2008,svp

Bonjour,
je viens de diminuer certains effet de antivirusxp2008 (Message d'alerte, fond jaune, affolement d'avast) mais antivirusxp2008 est toujours là. J'ai utiliser tour à tour avg et bit defnder, j'ai installé Hijackthis, il est sur mon bureau, j'ai fais le rapport avec hijack (je le joint ci -après).Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2

Option 1 - Recherche :


télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau : http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/smitfraudfix.html

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

Salut !!

tout d abord supprimes tout ce qui est dans la quaranataine de SUPERantispyware et ensuite fais ce qui suit stp :

Télécharge cet outil de SiRi:

http://siri.urz.free.fr/RHosts.php

Double clique dessus pour l'exécuter

et cliques sur " Restore original Hosts "

ps : c est normal que rien ne se passe

ensuire redémarre le pc

ensuite :

Option 2 - Nettoyage :


Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage).

Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix

Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.


Redémarrer en mode normal et poster le rapport.

ensuite :

Télécharger sur le bureau malware bytes : http://ww.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware?thread


= double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation
= Installer simplement sans rien modifier
= Quand le programme lancé ==> faire une mise à jour ensuite cocher Exécuter un examen complet
= Clic Rechercher
= Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
= Clic Lancer l'examen
= En fin de scan , si infection trouvée
==> Clic Afficher résultat
= Fermer vos applications en cours
= Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

un rapport s'ouvre le copier et le coller dans la réponse

Puis redémarrer le pc !!

Et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Merci pour l'intérêt que tu as porté à mon cas et pour tes autres interventions sur le forum sécurité virus qui m'ont qui guidé dans le nettoyage de ma machine. Je pense que j'arrive au bout même si il ya se fon d'ecran bleu qui persiste. J'ai encore une requête à te faire, je pense que bon nombre de personne te l'on déjà demandé, mais quel antivirus dois-je choisir, puis-je en mettre deux etlesquels tu me conseillerais et puis quel antispyware et combien ?
Je suis un peu déçu d'avast et de ad- aware.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Les écrans de veille qu on télécharge sur le net ont souvent des virus...Les hackers savent que beaucoup de gens téléchargent ca donc ils les mettent dedans...Maintenant fais comme bon te semble mais à ta place j éviterais de télécharger ce genre de truc...désinstalle ou garde le si tu en as envie..

relance hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et coches cette ligne stp :

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [RegistryBooster 2 d’Uniblue ] C:\Program Files\Uniblue\RegistryBooster 2\RegistryBooster.exe /S

puis tu cliques sur fix checked.

vas désinstaller registry booster...

vas faire les mises à niveau d internet explorer et de adobe reader à ces adresses :

adobe reader XP : https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

internet explorer 7 : https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/allproducts

et ensuite désinstalle la version antérieure d adobe reader.

Vas aussi faire des analyses en ligne à cette adresse :

Les deux premiers savent désinfecter.

et ensuite viens signaler si tu as encore des problemes ou non !!!

# Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
# Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
# Doucle-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
# Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
# Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
# Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.
# Poste le rapport, si infection!

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau :

(c est le numéro 15 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

Bonjour à tous, en particulier à geoffrey5 et amd64

Voilà, j'ai télécharger smitfraudfix et j'ai fait un scan avec SUPERAntiSpyware, les éléments de antivirusXP ont été mis en quarantaine,et j'ai créé un rapport, que je joint ici.
Je m'excuse de vous écrire en retard, cela est dû d'une part au décalage horaire (Guyane : +5) et d'autre part au traitement que je suis.
Faits nouveaux j'ai du mal à télécharger les antivirus (par DAP) je pense que virus est en train de réagir. les programmes s'exécute bien, sauf que j'ai du mal à fermer l'ordinateur.
Sinon comment redémarrer en mode sans échec mon ordi portable ?

En effet, avast n est plus tres performant maintenant...je te conseille donc de le désinstaller et de télécharger antivir à cette adresse :

et voici un tuto pour bien le configurer : https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

Ne jamais installer 2 antivirus, il pourrait y avoir des conflits entres les deux et ton pc sera ralenti...

télécharge sur le bureau Navilog1 : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Si votre antivirus s'affole , le désactiver
=sous vista : Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
=sous XP : double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer


Quand installé
= taper F
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
= Choisir Recherche ( = taper 1 )
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes

Bonjour à tous , en particulier à geoffrey5, jplpjlp et amd64
Ca y est je viens de faire le combofix je joins son log ainsi que celui d' hijackthis.

Au niveau des pb constatés : J'ai toujours le fond d'écran bleu, certains icones des logiciels de sécurité que j'avais placé sur le bureau ont disparus (bon c'est pas bien grave, il suffit de les remettres mais le fichier hijack à complètement disparu) ,

au niveau de la connection internet ça se complique :les téléchargements sont plus longs voir impossible, naviguer sur les pages de forum de ccm est difficile (fire fox ne trouve pas l'url) internet explorer ne fonctionne pas . Et c'est tout, c'est déja pas mal. Mais je débrouille

C encore moi, j'ai une petite question qui va vous paraitre peut être bête, mais je me lance est_ce qu'on peut installer de fire wall, j'ai le pare feu de windows mais je suis tenté d'installer celui de Zone alarme que j'ai pu télécharger ?

oui bien sure que tu peux installer zone alarm...vas désactiver celui de windows avant

En entier je ne sais pas mais c'est un fond d'écran + écran de veille avec des portées musicales pour apprendre les gammes. Tu penses qu'il porrait cacher un virus ou un vers?
