Bonjour,

je viens vous demander de l'aide car depuis ce matin, j'ai un virus nommé antivirus 2009 qui ne cesse d'apparaître
sur n'importe quelle manipulation que je fais pour aller sur internet il me demande de payer 49.95 dollars

j'ai déjà fait une recherche en nommant le fichier av2009, j'en ai trouvé deux je les ai supprimé,
mais j'ai toujours le même problème, j'utilise xp et j'ai fait tourner avast et il ne me détecte rien,

en essayant de me débrouiller avec divers sites j'ai téléchargé hijackthis mais je l'ai juste exécuté
et pas installé

pouvez vous me dire les manipulations que je dois faire afin de ne plus avoir ce fichu message qui
m'empêche de naviguer

par avance je vous remercie de votre aide

Salut !!

Télécharge hijackthis : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe

voici un tuto pour bien l installer : https://forums.cnetfrance.fr

-une fois installé, le renommer HJT.exe pour contrer une éventuelle infection vundo
-Double-clic dessus
- Clic sur "Do a system scan and save the log"
- copier le rapport, le coller dans la réponse

Option 1 - Recherche :


télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau : http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/smitfraudfix.html

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

je l'ai téléchargé et quand j'ai voulu éxécuter le programme j'ai eu une fenêtre qui s'est affichée et qui me dit : "windows ne parvient pas à accéder au périphérique, au chemin d'accès ou au fichier spécifié. Vous ne disposez peut être pas des autorisations appropriées pour avoir accès à l'élément"

peux tu me dire comment ça se fait?

problème résolu c'est zone alarm qui me bloquait le programme j'ai finalement réussi à l'ouvrir

je regarde pour générer le rapport

je ne sais pas ce que c est pour un message d erreur...laisse smitfraudfix de coté, on y reviendras plus tard..

fais ceci :

Télécharger sur le bureau malware bytes : http://ww.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware?thread


= double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation
= Installer simplement sans rien modifier
= Quand le programme lancé ==> faire une mise à jour ensuite cocher Exécuter un examen complet
= Clic Rechercher
= Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
= Clic Lancer l'examen
= En fin de scan , si infection trouvée
==> Clic Afficher résultat
= Fermer vos applications en cours
= Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

un rapport s'ouvre le copier et le coller dans la réponse

Puis redémarrer le pc !!

vas renommer hijackthis.exe qui est là : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
renomme le HJT.exe

Et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Option 2 - Nettoyage :


Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage).

Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix

Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.


Redémarrer en mode normal et poster le rapport.

re pour l'option 2 : nettoyage,

lorsque je redémarre et que je tape sur la touche F8 le pc ne se met pas en mode sans échec, peux tu m'expliquer comment je dois procéder,

actuellement je n'ai plus le problème avec l'antivirus et je t'en remercie infiniment

dans l'attente de te lire,

tout dépend la taille de ton/tes disque(s) dur(s) et la capacité utilisée...mais y a pas le feu, ton pc ira beaucoup mieux apres ;-)

Fais bien la suppression avec smitfraudfix, l analyse complete avec malwarebytes et le hijackthis..

je ne serai peut pas là quand tu répondras mais postes les 3 rapports, je les vérifierai dès que je serai de retour en soirée..

relance hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et coches ces lignes stp :

et désinstalles les versions antérieures.

est ce que tu as encore des problemes ??

je télécharge les deux mises à jour que tu m'as dit mais par contre pour supprimer les anciennes, je peux les trouver où?

sinon plus de problème à signaler j'ai omis de te le dire en t'envoyant le dernier rapport.

dans ajout/suppression de programmes...

si tu n as plus de problemes tu peux faire ceci pour terminer :

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse


Désactive et réactive la Restauration du système :

1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, clique sur Démarrer.

2 Clique avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis clique sur Propriétés.

3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, coche "Désactiver la Restauration du système"

4 Clique sur Appliquer.

5 Ensuite décoche "Désactiver la restauration du systeme"

6 clique sur appliquer puis ok

7 vas créer un point de restauration dans accessoires----outils systeme----restauration du systeme.

comme tu vois dans le message 29, hijackthis, smitfraudfix et leurs logs ont été supprimés...

malwarebytes tu peux le garder, c est un excellent logiciel antimalwares...tu pourras faire mise à jour et analyse au moins une fois par semaine avec.

si tu as encore des icones de logiciels qui ont servis à ta désinfection tu peux les supprimer...voilà ;-)

tu peux mettre résolu :)
