Wireless NGS Mouse

Hello,

I just bought a wireless NGS mouse with a USB receiver.
However, my mouse is detected by the receiver but it doesn't move on the screen...

I tried connecting my wired mouse (USB) and it doesn't work either.
However, my wired mouse with a PS2 connection works perfectly.

Has anyone encountered this problem or have any suggestions for me?

This issue has arisen since I connected several USB adapters, knowing that my USB wired mouse was working perfectly before.

Hoping to get solutions from you for my (BIG) problem.
Thank you very much...
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.15

Hi Fred,
I have about the same problem as you.
It's been barely a week since I got a wireless NGS mouse, and suddenly tonight it just stopped working!
I can't get it to work again...

Have you found a solution?
Best regards

Hello,
To make it simpler, I returned my mouse to the store since it was under a 2-year warranty!
I took instead a much smaller wired Peomax that has a noticeably better design.
Best regards

Hello,

I had the same issue as you. Two days of charging and no results, so I went to the website on the back of the mouse: www.ngs.eu

Whether right or wrong, I downloaded the available driver from the site, and in this way, I got the icon at the bottom with the possibility to program it, and the mouse works with its cable, sure, but it works. I will refine the use to get it to work wirelessly, it's possible after a few minutes, so there's still a charging issue.

I managed not to get frustrated, which is the main thing. With a traditional mouse, you just plug it in without questioning it.

Good luck,

Chantal

Hello,

I purchased a black NGS mouse three months ago. I plug it into the USB port and turn it on without any response (I stayed calm) normally it lights up but not today.

Thank you in advance for your reply.
