Problème au boot

Bonjour,
J'ai rencontré un gros problème (enfin pour moi^^'), lors du boot tout se passe bien,
on voit démarrer Ubuntu mais juste après ce message s'affiche:

Ce message me parait assez inquiétant sachant que les manips que j'ai essayé ne marche pas évidemment.
Alors si vous avez une solution merci de me la communiquer.
