Winspyware protect à encore frappé,aidez moi

Bonjour,

je viens de me faire envahir par winspyware protect, je me suis rendu compte que AVAST n'été plus à jour depuis longtemps.

mise à jour éffectuée

téléchargement de SPYBOT, mais en vain !

je souhaiterai avoir une solution pour supprimer cet intrus...

si quelqu'un peut m'aider, merçi

mon niveau informatique est limité mais j'arriverai à guider l'opération

désinstalle WinSpywareProtect via ajout/suppr de programmes si présent

supprime ce dossier :

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adsl Software Limited\

vide ta corbeille

1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

13) Poste le rapport dans ta réponse

Tu n' auras pas accès à Internet pendant le "mode sans échec".
Aussi, copie/colle la procédure dans un fichier texte (word) et mets-la sur le
"bureau" pour l' avoir à ta disposition.

Ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications.
Relance HijackThis et clique sur > Do a system scan only puis, coche les
cases devant les lignes qui suivent (et uniquement ces lignes), si tjrs présentes

Puis, clique sur > Fix checked et valide par « Yes ». Referme HijackThis.

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Assure toi que la case "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's" soit bien cochée !!!
Copie le texte qui se trouve dans l'encadré ci-dessous et colle-le dans le cadre
de gauche de OTMoveIt nommé Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

C:\WINDOWS\ALCMTR.EXE

Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
Lorsque un résultat apparaît dans le cadre Results, clique sur Exit.
Redémarre ton PC.
Copie-colle le rapport dans ta réponse :
Il est situé sur --> C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

Lance CCleaner ...
Clique sur > Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
(re)Lance le nettoyage et (re)confirme par OK.

As-tu essayé de réinstaller Avast, n'oublie pas qu'il est gratuit, donc ne peut être périmé.

comme je t'avais di, c'est ce qu'il te dit encore, malwarebyte, si tu peu achete le, et aussi un vrai antivirus pas avast de merde.
Mais surtout avant d'utiliser malwarebyter il te faut absolument areter la restauration du system, system restaure doit etre annule, sinon le virus est restaurer lui aussi

c'es la merde avast promis.
je plaisante pas, CA, PAnda, kaspersky. spyware doctor c vrai jai achete mais je regrette jorai du achete malwarebyte.
Tu devrais y penser sincerement.

  Sauf cas très particulier
  On ne touche pas la rest-système
  
  Il est déconseillé vivement de faire désactiver la restauration
  en début de nettoyage : il vaut mieux une restauration infectée
  que pas du tout, s'il y a un probleme ou une erreur de commise,
  pas moyen de revenir en arrière

    j'essaye de supprimer winspyware protect, mais je me vois l'accé refusé celà m'affiche "accés refusé" disque plein? non,
    
    protégé en écriture ? non ; ou fichier en cour de fonctionnement? certainement car des fenetres s'ouvrent
    
    intempestivements me solicitant d'enregistrer winspyware et que j'ai des attaques de logiciels malvaillants
    
    je ne le vois pas dans ajouter/supprimer des progs
    
    je l'ai supprimé dans la barre des taches, mais pas suffisant, il se cache !

j'avais telecharge ya 3 houre de cela, winrar, et comme d'habitude quelqun y avait cache un trojan.
Et devine qui qui est apparus sur mon ecran, tout ce que tu as comme probleme, si tu n'a pas formate ton Pc dit le moi, j'ai reussi pour la pemiere fois a me debarasser du vundo.
je crois que jai une idee pour te netoyer le pc.
en plus c seulement deux programme et tout ira bien.

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci.
Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide.
