Ralentissment affiche pages IE

Bonjour,

Depuis 2 jours mes pages internet s'affiche bien plus lentement qu'a l'accoutumée. J'ai remarqué qu'au démarrage du pc les premières pages s'ouvrent à vitesse normale. Mais aprés quelque minutes c'est la cata et ma page d'acceuil met bien 10 sec pour s'ouvrir idem google et tout le reste.
Sinon bon je suis sous vista familial 32 bit avec un proc intel(R) Core(TM)2CPU 6420 @ 2.13GHz 2.13GHz, ram=2046Mo. Neufbox et avast.
J'ai tenté tout d'abord de débranché ma neufbox = quenini
Verifier pare-feu Windows= comme d'ab
CCleaner = quenini
Reinitialisation IE = quenini
Dl Mozilla = idem qu'avec IE niveau lenteur
Restauration systeme = quenini
Scan spybot = quenini
