Neom portable DVD player issue

Hello,

I am contacting you because I recently bought a NEOM NM775PDV portable DVD player.
For two weeks it worked very well, but for the past 3 days it no longer recognizes DVDs; when I put one in, it tells me that there is no disc in the player.

Do you have any ideas about the nature of the problem and how to solve it?

        Your DVD player lens has either overheated or been damaged. Alternatively, your DVDs might be region-locked and incompatible, but you should normally be able to unlock your player.

    I also own the same DVD player as you...

    I have exactly the same problem as you, except that my player is 1 1/2 years old...
    Have you resolved your issue? How?

    I can't remember if the warranty is for 1 or 2 years...

    I have the same portable DVD player NM775PDV and for 1 year I used a self-powered external hard drive without any problems, and for the last 15 days my player no longer recognizes my hard drive, even though there is no issue when I connect my hard drive to a laptop. Have you ever had this problem?

    Maybe you simply turned on the card or USB reader ^^
    Otherwise, I can't tell you.
