Bonjour,
Alors voilà je suis NULE avec un ordi je précise avant tout :D

J'aurais besoin de votre aide ou bien de savoir OU je peut apporter mon ordi.
J'ai 2 ordi un ordi de bureau de 1999
Et un pc portable qui a 4 ans
Sur les 2 j'ai antivir ET les 2 ne veulent plus marcher! Enfin au ralentit et quand ils veulent
Sur l'un j'ai choppé malwarrior 2008
Sur l'autre xp security center (que je supprime mais qui revient) et un rond rouge avec une croix blanche dans la barre en bas qui me met des message d d'alerte toutes les 5 minutes !

Le mieux serait de les formater OR je sais pas faire ET j'ai pas les cd d'instalation ! Pour le portable quand je l'ai acheté on m'a dit que les clés sous l'ordi suffisaient. Mais pour le gros j'ai pas de cd NI de codes.
Les 2 ont déja été formatés par des amis y'a pas mal de temps mais ils sont plus dans le coin.
Alors si une bonne âme peut m'aider ou me dire OU je peux les apporter (a part a la décharge) JE suis du 17

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

    Bon je sais pas si c'est bien fait mais j'ai fait nouveau dossier mais je l'ai pas appellé hijack j'ai mis le même nom que ce que vous aviez conseillé plus haut. Par contre quand je scann ca ne dure que quelques secondes je pense pas que ca soit bon signe. Je vous met quand même une copie du rapport qu'il m'ouvre.

télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

Citation :

2/ double clique sur smitfraudfix. puis sélectionne 1 et appuyer sur entrée afin de créer le rapport des infection présentes. une fois le rapport effectué redémarre en mode sans échec (en appuyant sur F8 ou suppr, ou F5 au démarrage en général)

3/ puis refaire comme en 2/ mais selectionne l'option 2 et appuyer sur entrée pour commencer la desinfection. lorsque le programme demande si tu veut nettoyer le registre metsoui en tapant 0 et entrée

  Chui désolée je suis pas rapide. Je viens de télécharger antivir l'autre marchait plus.
  Pour windows il est pas a jour depuis qu'un pote m'a formaté l'ordi y'a plus d'un an. Je fais quoi ? J'ai une étoile en bas qui me dis "cette version de windows XP n'est plus sécurisée"

Bin oui ca j'ai bien compris mais ca marche pas. Panda me met désolé une erreur s'est produite. En plus me demande une adresse mail alors que je peux pas me conecter a mes mails. Pour kaspersky je met j'accepte mais ca marche pas et bitdefender me demande d'installer internet explorer mais la procédure d'installation fonctionne pas...

  heu alors je sais pas ce qui c'est passé. J'ai essayé de lancer internet explorer ca m'a mis une page bleue avec des rayures verticales jaunes et un message d'erreur que j'ai pas pu lire. Pis l'ordi a redémarré. La il me met "windows est en cours de démarage" mais ca avance pas. Je fais ca des qu'il remarche. Et encore merci de votre patience!

Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le "KillBagle". aide ici : https://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=37315

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Aide à l’utilisation de combofix ici: https://bibou0007.forumpro.fr/login?redirect=%2Ft121-topic

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

  Par contre j'ai retrouvé le son ... J'avais plus de son je sais pas pourquoi il est revenu...

bon ca rame je redémarre. J'en ai profité pour scanner l'autre ordi avec malwarebyte il a déja trouvé moins de truc que sur l'autre...

alors j'ai réinstallé antivir et mis a jour. Il plante toujours a 26,2% sur un dossier de photos de ma filles qui est sur le bureau.
Peux y'avoir un virus dans mon apn ?

  bon ca va déja un peu mieux. Ca a buggé sur clamwin pui la ca bugg sur des photos de ma fille encore... Mais je peux pas les supprimer je les aient pas gravés encore... Mais c'est a 79,5 donc j'ai de l'espoir :D
