Explication rapport bitdender

Bonjour,
voila mon souci il y a quelque temps j'avais comme protection avast et spybot, maintenant j'ai bitdefender
mais lorsque je fais une analyse avec bitdenfer il me trouve toujous dans le disque C: des documents spybot qui sont protégé par mot de passe et donc aucune action est possible. Ce qui m'inquiète est que messenger skinner est present dans ces fichiers et je sais que c'est un virus, c'etais justement a cause de cette saleté que j'avais tous viré ( y compris spybot !!! )et acheter bitdefender.
Si quelqu'un peut m'expliquer pourquoi bitdefender trouve des document spybot ca serais cool
