My cellphone is not receiving anymore.

Hello,
My mobile phone no longer receives calls. Rather, it doesn't ring anymore; for every call, it goes straight to my voicemail, even when I have reception. No issues making calls.
I've tried several tests at home, using a landline or another mobile phone, and it's the same.
So, I changed my phone, put my SIM card in, and the problem is the same.
I bought a new phone, and the problem is still there.
My phone or my line no longer picks up.
I’m wondering if the issue could be with the SIM card.

Hello, negative, it's a configuration issue with the tools on your phone that are misconfigured, for example "call forwarding to the voicemail."

Thank you for your response, but I changed my SIM card in 3 different phones, the phone's configuration is in the phone and not in the SIM card.
Anyway, I'm not sure, I'll look into it and tinker with the phone.
