Bonjour, j'ai déjà posté un message mais personne ne m'a répondu. Voilà ; je dois déménager et je viens juste de retrouver un emploi donc je n'ai pas encore de fiches de paie. Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait la gentillesse de me dire comment je peux faire pour avoir un modèle de fiches de salaires d'un minimum de 1300 euros ? S'il vous plaît, c'est très urgent ; je vis en foyer actuellement et la situation est dure à vivre. Si une personne peut m'aider, je peux lui donner mes coordonnées perso. Je compte sur vous ; merci d'avance. lylly24

I think we should stop dramatizing, you’re not going to get 5 years in prison just because you provided fake pay slips to get an apartment...
Let's not exaggerate either, at most your landlord will evict you but I don't think they'll go to great lengths to spend huge amounts on a lawsuit for that... Especially if you've always paid on time!!
Of course there is a risk in doing it, it’s fraud but I assure you that you won’t go to prison...

Indeed, I have my work contract, but since it is a 6-month fixed-term contract that I just started; the landlord absolutely wants me to show at least 1 or 2 pay slips to be reassured about my income (as a replacement, I earn between 1300 and 1400 euros net). If I don't show him at least one pay slip, the studio will slip through my fingers and I will have to stay in the group home where I currently am. On your employment contract, the amount of your salary is stated.
So, I don't see what the problem is.

This morning, the HR manager called me to tell me that she was extending my fixed-term contract by 2 months, that's it. As for making the pay slip; yes, I admit with shame to doing it myself. But given the way you wrote your message, I think this is not right and that I'm risking serious problems. So I will follow your advice; check with my employer; my employment contract, and have a good discussion with the owner. Thank you. lylly24
