PC locked after deleting Upper filter

Hello,

As indicated in various forums, I deleted the "Upper Filter" and "Lower Filter" values from the keys HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} to get my CD/DVD drive recognized by the workstation and Device Manager.

However, upon rebooting the PC, everything is frozen.
Neither "Ctrl Alt Delete," nor the Windows key work, nothing actually, and my mouse (touchpad) is unresponsive. Same in safe mode, I can't access Administrator as the mouse is stuck.

Is there a small registry restore program that could run automatically via USB key? How can I do this, please?! I work with my PC, it's very important. Thank you.
Configuration: Windows 2000 Internet Explorer 6.0

    Hello good evening,

    Small clarification:

THE KEYBOARD + TOUCHPAD ARE AS IF DISCONNECTED FROM THE PC. Everything starts up correctly during boot (Msn, firewall asking for update permissions, etc...) but the keyboard no longer responds...

However, during the reboot of the PC, when I press F8, the keyboard works perfectly, so... what do you think?

    Thanks

Use the Registry Editor at your own risk.
To fix the issue, the above string must be modified to reflect the appropriate database paths. Proceed as follows:

    Start the Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate the EDB_RstMap Registry value under the following key in the Registry:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\RestoreInProgress

In the Edit menu, click on String, type the appropriate paths, and click OK.

Here is an example of a correct EDB_RstMap key:
    Value 3
    Name: EDB_RstMap
    Type: Reg_Multi_SZ
    Data: \\<Server_Name>\D$\exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv.edb
    \\<Server_Name>\D$\exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv.edb
    \\<Server_Name>\D$\exchsrvr\mdbdata\pub.edb
    \\<Server_Name>\D$\exchsrvr\mdbdata\pub.edb

    Exit the Registry Editor.
