Bonjour,
Voici la situation en bref: après avoir fait une analyse One care de Windows, on m'a trouvé un problème que mon antivirus AVG n'a pas détecté. Voici que que me dit One care:
Backdoor:win32/oderoor.gen!G
c:\windows\system32\lmqmsqvol.exe
One care me dit qu'il n'a pas pu les nettoyer, et me demande l'autorisation de leur envoyer afin qu'eux-mêmes déterminent si ces éléments sont vraiment infectés.
Je ne sais trop comment faire, et si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider, ce serait très apprécié. Merci à l'avance!

analyse ce fichiers sur virus total et colle le rapport: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.
ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.

Merci de m'avoir si rapidement répondu. Pour tout dire, un de mes contacts msn, hier soir, m'a affiché un truc involontaire, qui ressemblait à : Jésus looks that this person. J'ai cherché dans le forum, il semblerait que ce soit une adresse msn infectée. Ensuite, mon pc était «gelé», j'ai dû redémarrer. En redémarrant, j'ai reçu un avis me disant que mon pare-feu Windows était verrouillé. Autrement, pas de pub intempestives, tout semble bien fonctionner. Là, je termine un scan sur spybot, j'ai déjà une mention WindowsSécurityCenter.FirewallOverride.
Je termine cette analyse, et je suivrai ensuite la marche à suivre que vous me proposez, en vous tenant au courant. Merci pour tout et à plus, très cordialement. -
Bon, j'ai tenté d'analyser le fichier en question avec virus total, mais bizarre, en parcourant, on me dit qu'il est introuvable. Ensuite, j'ai fait une analyse hijack, dont voici une copie:
