Error message troubleshooting Copy Print Riso

Hello,

I have my Riso RP3105EP copy printer which gives me an error message T04-513 when starting the copy and cannot continue. Please help me troubleshoot this problem.

    this error code means:
    "Error type T-04 [Overflow]
    T04-***
    !!System Error!!
    Press Reset Key
    If Recovery has Failed, Call Service
    Reset method Jam reset or switch on power again
    Error point Error conditions
    513 The overflow sensor was ON for a set number of times in succession during the 10-
    ms-interval overflow-sensor check.

    in plain terms, ink has overflowed in the drum; call customer service
