Prb avec NTVDM.exe

salut à tous
J'ai 1 prb depuis 1 moment pour lancer certaines applications. exemple j'ai téléchargé avg free et quand je lance le .exe kerio affiche: avg6665fu free is trying to execute ntvdm.exe... si je clic permit j'ai 1 message d'erreur du sous systeme windows 16 bits qui me dit ceci: le processeur ntvdm a rencontré 1 instruction non autorisée CS : 0000 IP : 000b op : f0 8b 01 70 00
