Oblivion: selling vampire dust

Hello, a long time ago in my game, I found vampire hunters (whose name I've forgotten) who told me to come back and bring them vampire dust. The problem is there’s no marker on the map and I can’t find them again... I only remember they were in the imperial city. Does anyone know where I can find them?

    Well, I found it myself. If I remember correctly, it's at Roland Jenseric's place in the Temple neighborhood...

      That said, I have another question: When Martin asks for a Daedric artifact (in the blades quest), does he give it back to you at the end?

        No, I don't think he'll return them to you. Well, I haven't finished the game yet, so I don't know, but I think he doesn't return them because they will disappear to the paradise of Camoran.

        If I remember correctly, it's a woman who comes to meet us (in the Temple district, I think), saying that her husband would like to meet us at Roland Jenseric's place. But it's true that I've only seen this woman once; having played several times, I've often wanted to redo this quest but I've been unable to. I assumed that the quest unlocks at a specific moment in the game (probably after a quest, but it's uncertain which one..).
