virus : erreur de suppression Résolu

Question

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,
histoire d'être plus convivial et peut-être attirer des réponses rapides, je vais me présenter en quelques mots...
je m'appelle Toma, j'ai 18 ans et viens de la région de Liège en Belgique...
Mon problème : j'ai reçu un virus par windows live messenger (virus du genre qui s'envoie tout seul à tous vos contacts)...Suite à cela je n'arrête pas de recevoir des fenêtres pop-up qui s'ouvrent toutes seules et mon internet a des soucis également (je fonctionne à la fois avec Internet Explorer et Mozzila Firefox), par soucis j'entend l'extrème lenteur d'internet voire l'innactivité totale...Aussi, chaque fois que je clique sur mon raccourci-bureau vers internet, un message de mon antivirus (avast) me dit qu'un "adware a été trouvé" : nom de l'adware "Win32:Virtumonde-LH [Adw]", localisation "C:WINDOWS/system32/tuvWqQhh.dll" et Version VPS : 080619-0, 19/06/2008

lorsque je veux supprimer ca fichier, windows m'affiche le message d'erreur : erreur lors de la suppression du dossier ou du fichier. Apparement il serait utilisé par un programme en exécution et je dois fermer ce programme pour pouvoir supprimer le fchier...Le problème est qu'aucun programme n'est en exécution (le fichier est peut-être utilisé par windows lui-même ?)

D'où mon appel à vous en espérant que quelqu'un puisse m'aider a me débrasser de ce virus et retrouver une utilisation normale de mon pc portable...

ok de rien,

passe ceci :

Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix, 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

ca va etre un peu long mais :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

je crois que je suis maudit...

après une demi-heure passée de scan, quelque part dans le system32, pc éteint car : Windows a été arrêté car une erreur est survenue et le pc a été éteint pour éviter..." (pas eu le temps de lire tout)...

tout ce que je peux te dire c'est que juste avant l'arrêt du pc, le nombre d'éléments infectés venait d'atteindre 50 pour environ 130000 fichiers scannés...

j'en déduis donc que le problème est assez conséquent (malheureusement)...

ps : je vais me coucher car examen demain matin, je reviens prendre des nouvelles dès demain 10h, bonne nuit à toi et merci encore de ton aide...

on va faire comme ça :

tu va le refaire, et oui ;-( mais en mode sans echec...

   Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Puis tu relances malwarebytes...

là il ne devrait plus bloquer.

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
ceux qui ne voie pas root kit search : clcik sur le parapluie dans ta barre des tache > dans la fenetre d´antivir click sur local protection click en suite sur scanner
dans la fenetre de droite : tu a rootkit search vers le bas > tu developpe en appuyant sur le petit +
et coche tes disques...
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes : 
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

Ps : fais le scan en mode sans echec...

il butte sur des fichiers de la restauration system...

on va la réinitialiser...

procède comme ceci :

Désactive ta restauration système:
pour cela :
Click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés; 
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration système;
coche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique.
puis redemarre le pc et click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés; 
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration systèm
décoche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique. 

Puis recommence le scan; il va bien finir par passer quand même !

euh Boonty games c'est la petite soeur de ma copine qui une fois est allée sur mon pc et pour aller sur des sites de jeux pour enfants a dû télécharger ça...je n'en ai aucune utilité et ça n'a servi qu'une fois (cette fois là)...

supprime ce programme : C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\BOONTY Shared

puis

telecharge : autoruns

https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche15501-microsoft-autoruns.html

tu dezip les fichiers dans un dossier que tu auras cré aur ton bureau au paravant appelé par exemple autoruns

puis tu click sur autoruns.exe

lá, la fentre du programme va s´afficher avec tout plein de clef et de processus.

click sur l´onglet services.

dans cette fenetre repère ce service : Service: boonty games tu click droit dessus et dans l´arborescence click sur delete et referme le programme autoruns...

important :

ta version de acrobat reader n´est pas a jour, tu veux la version 8.1 derniere en date alors desinstale ta version par le panneau de configuration / ajoue et suppression de programme

et instale la derniere :

je fonctionne déjà de temps en temps avec Firefox...Je n'en étais pas entierement convaincu mais tous les avis que j'en ai sont positifs donc pourquoi pas m'y mettre completement...

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

# Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
# Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.

# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).
