Mission to kill michelle

Hello,

I saw in the discussion about the amusement park in GTA IV that to unlock it, you have to accept a mission to kill Michelle.
My problem is that I finished the story, and I remember not killing Michelle.
Can you shed some light on this topic?

    In fact, at the middle of the game, you’re told to kill Michelle, otherwise it’s Roman who dies by Dimitri.
