Bonjour,
Je crois que j'ai des virus dans mon ordi, il affiche des fenêtres dos à chaque démarrage avces les messages suivants:
1er messsage:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\n9315\sv7122~1.EXE
Le processeur NTDVM a rencontré une instruction non autorisée.
CS :074 e IP :e2b7 OP :63 b7 14 00 00 Choisissez ‘Fermer’ pour mettre fin à l’application.

2ème message:
C:\WINDOWS\j6316022.exe
Le processeur NTDVM a rencontré une instruction non autorisée.
CS :06fb IP :e7e7 OP :63b7 14 00 00 Choisissez ‘Fermer’ pour mettre fin à l’application

3ème message:
C:\WINDOWS\_defau~1.PIF
Nom de fichier programme erroné, vérifiez votre fichier PIF. Choisissez ‘Fermer’ pour mettre fin à l’application.

J'ai fai des scan avec: Nod32,Spybot,a saquared mais toujours pareil, actuellement j'ai Norton Internet Security installé. Vous serez gentil de m'aider.

    Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

    ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

    Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
    Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
    C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

      Merci pour ta réponse mais aucun des logiciels (Malware bytes et hijackthis) ne s'executent sur ma machine, je sais pas si c'est un problème de compatibilité.Il n'arrive pas à charger la bibliothèque DLL/OCX :RegSvr32 pour malware bytes et le MSVBVM60.DLL de hijarck est introuvable.
      Ma config:
      Ms Windows prof version 2002
      HP dx2000 MT
      P4, 3Ghz de CPU et 376Mo de RAM.

    Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le "KillBagle". aide ici : https://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=37315

    Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

    Aide à l’utilisation de combofix ici: https://bibou0007.forumpro.fr/login?redirect=%2Ft121-topic

    Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
    Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

    Double-clique sur l’icône.
    Les icônes vont disparaître. C’est normal.
    Si un rapport est généré en cas d'infection, sauvegarde-le sur le bureau, et poste le ensuite
    Redémarre ensuite le PC.

    cela est indiqué dans le manuel de ton ordi si aucun cd n a été fourni à l'achat . Sinon tu diras
