To unlock the DVX108B:
- Turn on the player
- Open the DVD tray
- Press "Setup" on the remote
- Enter "1389" on the remote, the firmware information menu should appear
- Enter "0" (the region code should display as zero instead of 2) and confirm with OK
That's it, the player is unlocked!-
I'm sorry to bother you, but I saw on the forum that you seemed to understand something about this DVD player... I'm a novice when it comes to this type of device...
I tried to play a CD with photos... "JPEG decoding error..."
If you could spare a moment for me... thank you in advance.
P.S.: also, I don't have the user manual... can I download it somewhere??
Thank you very much. -

I have a 16 GB USB key in NTFS, an SD card in FAT32, a 500 GB HDD in NTFS, and nothing is recognized?
Have you found a solution?
Thank you
Oh yes, it's also a Ninco 108HD. -

Hello, to update your DVD player it's very simple:
First, you need to go to the manufacturer's website to download the latest firmware for your DVD player, then burn the program onto a CD or DVD that your DVD player will need to read.
Normally, this works like that on most DVD players. -
Hello, I bought a Ninco DVX108B DVD and I would like to make it region-free. I can't find any information on dezonage.com. If anyone has a tip... Thanks in advance, Heiava.

Well, after doing a bit of research on Googooloum, I didn't really find the manufacturer's website for this DVD player, so take a look in the manual provided with the player, maybe the website address is mentioned there?

Hello,
Did you manage to solve your USB key problem for the DVX Ninco 108 HD because I'm having the same issue? -

Hello Ninco,
following your message, I did everything you wrote, but when I click on setup it brings up a window, but I can't type anywhere 1389; do you have any idea please?,
Thanks in advance. -
I had the same issue with the USB stick not working on the DVX 108 B and the method to unlock it doesn't work.
I have a Kingston 8Go in NTFS and a USB/MP3 stick of 1Go in FAT. Neither of them worked ^^
Then I formatted the 1Go USB/MP3 stick from FAT ==> to FAT32. And ... miraculously ^^ it works perfectly !!
I don't really know why it works, but it works... -
The following manipulation works!! Thank you!!!

Hello,
You need to use a 2GB USB drive for it to be read by the Ninco DVD player. And then there are no more issues. -

balbbude, you're being a bit excessive =) they work, that's the main thing.
I've personally never had any issues.
For the "region unlocking" of your DVD:
I feel like saying there's a method that (normally) works and where you don't have to enter any code at all...
Press setup on your remote.
In the first menu and in the first submenu, you have three options. Press the right arrow and choose "auto," and that way your player will read both PAL and NTSC.
You should know that apparently your TV must also be compatible with NTSC mode (to be confirmed).
Have a good evening =)
