SOS!W95.CIH.damaged et W32.GAOBOT.UK.

Question

Salut,
Mon ordi viens d'attrapper le virus W95.CIH.damaged. Comme si c'était peu, Norton a détecté aussi le W32.GAOBOT.UK.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à me débarraser de ces virus? Si oui, je vous serais très reconnaissante.Car c'est la panique : et si je perds tous mes docs? Merci par avance.
(j'ai windows XP et je suis pas très expert)

pour gaobot télécharge et excute FxGaobot.exe
que tu peux télécharger dans les liens ci dessous:

pour cih télécharge et execute fix-cih.exe

si ça ne marche pas efface le fichier
