Bonjour, depuis mercredi 04/06 mon pc est infecté par "advance xp fixer". fond d'écran avec message :"warning spyware detected on your computer....." + bestioles qui disparaissent dés que clic!!! AVAST au scan détecte:"C:\document&setting\HP_Admin_\local setting\TeWin32-Small-GLZ" entre autre pas eu temps de noter. J'ai téléchargé Spybot, effectué scan et fixer les pb mais "xp fixer et bestioles toujours là! --- Avast en AV + pare feu Windows +spybot Merci pour votre aide

bonjour et bienvenu

desinstalle avast puis télécharge avg free mes le a jour puis lance un scan et supprime tous se qu'il trouve aide:

telecharger avg free:

reglage pour avg:

ouvre avg
double clic sur resident shield
puis coche la casse detect cookies
puis clic sur save changes
puis clic sur tools advanced settings... puis clic sur le petit plus a coter de resident shield puis clic sur advenced setting puis clic sur scan all files et ok

puis

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Bonjour
Avec AVB j'ai l'impression que le PC est constament menacé! A chaque ouverture de page web il détecte des Cookies trackeurs ou des chevaux de Troie.
A par ça ma session semble fonctionner normalement mais les deux autres ont un fond d'écran blanc non modifiable et après ouverture session un message d'erreur de Windows Internet Explorer: "file:///C:/WINDOWS/privacy_danger/index.htm est introuvable"
Ceci bien que privacy_danger ait été mis en quarantaine par AVG.
Je tourne en rond avec ça!!!!

pour avg fais ca ouvre le douible clic sur resident shield puis clic sur remove all threats automatically et save changes

puis:

fais un scan en ligne avec Internet Explorer stp:

A priori cela fonctionne sauf une 1 session qui a toujours ont un fond d'écran blanc non modifiable et à l'ouverture session un message d'erreur de Windows Internet Explorer: "file:///C:/WINDOWS/privacy_danger/index.htm" est introuvable..."
Bizarre car la mienne (admin) ok et l'autre (limitée) ok. LA 3e non!?!?!?
