Bonjour,

Après plusieurs minutes d'inactivité, des cafards apparaissent sur l'écran de mon ordinateur, et dévorent l'arrière plan. D'après mes diverses lectures sur les forums, je pense donc qu'il s'agit d'un virus, et malgré l'installation de spyware doctor, je n'ai réussis à l'éradiquer.

Merci par avance de toute l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.

Télécharge ceci: (merci a S!RI pour ce programme).
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
Exécute le Smitfraudfix.exe et choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

spyware doctor, c est un anti virus ou un anti spyware ?

Sinon, le generaliste gratuit le plus utilisé (ca veux pas dire le meilleur mais le plus "simple") c est avast ... vous devriez le trouver sur le site... bonne chance.


ps : depechez vous de recuperer les donnes sensibles (mm si elles risquent d etre verolées....), et n utilisez pas deux antivirus en meme temps......

A Remad : En effet j'ai cherché sur le forum avant de poster, et dans le même post que tu mets en lien, il est indiqué d'ouvrir son propre sujet afin d'y être aidé efficacement, ce que j'ai bêtement fais...

A dededuzeb : Spyware doctor est un antispyware, et j'ai pris l'option antivirus également. Mais l'ayant payé, je ne souhaite pas le désinstaller...

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

Re,

1) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

*Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
*A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.
*Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
*Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger

*** Referme le programme ***

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.
Regarde ici si besoin : http://pageperso.aol.fr/loraline60/mode_sans_echec.htm

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*Puis vs dans l'onglet "Recherche" puis coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
*A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
*Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
*S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

*--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.

Bon bon bon... il m'a mit un message d'erreur : erreur d'execution '9' : indice en dehors de la Plage
J'ai cliqué sur "ok", aucune autre proposition ne se présentant, tout s'est fermé. Dois-je recommencer ?
(il en était a 2h et 18 minutes d'analyse et avait trouvé 9 infections)

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

Copie/colle un nouveau rapport HiJackThis avec.

Tu as beaucoup de choses désactivés via MSconfig.
Qu'utilises tu comme antivirus résident?

Supprime ceci:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\blackster.scr

Dis moi si tu n'as plus cet arrière plan.

J'ai suppprimé blackster.scr (dont l'icône était un cafard).
A priori ils ne reviennent pas et l'ordinateur semble être moins lent après redemarrage.

Pour ce qui est de l'antivirus, j'utilise spyware doctor avec son option antivirus. (Lorsque le virus à été contracté, je pense que l'ordinateur ne possédait pas d'antivirus. Il ne m'appartient pas et aucun antivirus n'était installé dessus, c'est en voyant les cafards que j'ai fais acheter au propriétaire spyware doctor et son antivirus)
