Hello, my dog, "a very playful Rottweiler," chewed on the remote control of my JVC RX-5032V amplifier.
This one is completely dead.
While I wait to scold my Rottweiler, would it be possible to find a solution to replace this remote control or better yet, to order an original one from JVC France's customer service (but it's impossible for now, they say this remote model doesn't exist..., what a joke!!!)
