Bonjour,

J'ai voulu aider un collegue à reactiver sa copie de Xp et j'ai chopé ce truc qui me paramètre un fond d'écran et un écrande veille avec des bestioles :

Apparemment il s'agit de çà : https://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/trojan_w32_pakes_csg.shtml
Et ce n'est apparemment pas (si je comprends bien l'explication en anglais) simplement un écran de veille mais c'est beaucoup plus grâve...

Mais je n'arrive pas à m'en débarrasser avec AVAST.

Aidez moi SVP.

Si le Safeboot.reg du lien ci-dessus venait à ne pas fonctionner, utilises alors celui-ci :

-Pour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
C'est un bon scan passif que tu peux garder avec lequel tu pourras effectuer un nettoyage hebdomadaire, sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'exécuter l’analyse .

Vide sa quarantaine :
Clique sur le raccourci de Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware , puis sur Quarantaine, clique sur "Tout supprimer"

Tu peux te séparer d'AVG Antispyware 7.5, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware est plus efficace ;)

On profite pour enlever quelques lignes pour optimiser ton démarrage en évitant que les programmes qui s'y lancent inutilement, accaparent des ressources du système.
Cela désactive du démarrage des programmes qui ne sont pas primordials
Un programme utilise des ressources quand il est en cours d'exécution.
Trop de programmes qui tournent utilisent beaucoup de ressources qui peuvent conduire au ralentissement de l'ordinateur.

1) Lance HijackThis.

Je te conseille d'enregistrer toutes les lignes a fixer puis de copier cette sélection dans un fichier texte sur ton PC pour pouvoir appliquer la procédure correctement.

Lance Hijackthis en double cliquant sur son raccourci sur le Bureau.
Clique sur Scan Only et coche les lignes suivantes

Si certaines lignes sont absentes, signale les en fin de procédure

Encore un petit effort ;)

1) ToolsCleaner de A.Rothstein

On va supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels que nous avons utilisés qui traitent des infections spécifiques et ceci grâce a ToolsCleaner de A.Rothstein

Télécharge le http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe sur ton Bureau.
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

--> Poste moi Le rapport de ToolsCleaner ( qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\TCleaner.txt)

2) Scan en ligne chez Bitdefender

* Fais un scan antivirus en ligne https://www.bitdefender.fr/ avec IE et copie colle le résultat ici
* En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
* Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur I agree
* La fenêtre change encore, clique sur Click here to scan
* Les signatures se chargent, etc.

Pourquoi toolCleaner :

Afin de supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels que nous avons utilisés qui traitent des infections spécifiques car ils sont mis à jours très régulièrement, donc inutile de garder une version qui sera périmé incessament qouq peu, et de plus sont pris comme faux positifs par plusieurs Antivirus.

J'attends ton rapport de scan en ligne.

Pas de panique, c'est dans la restauration, on va désactiver / réactiver cette dernière afin de l'assainir ;)

Mais deux choses me genent avant de conclure: que tu n'ai toujours pas accès au mode sans échec et

... Avast ...

car sur le 1er il y a comme un bug, je crois..

+ Pour Avast, saches que tu n es pas très bien protégé: il te l'a prouvé ...

Si tu es d accord et que tu te décides a installer Antivir (plus efficace, plus léger, mais en anglais simple à utiliser) , il va te falloir désinstaller Avast d abord, je peux t indiquer comment procéder dans un prochain poste.

Pour le mode sans echec => oui j'ai essayé le 2ème lien car le premier ne fonctionne pas, j'ai généré le fichier .reg et inscrit au registre mais rien n'y fait. Peut-être un indice : quand je lance le mode sans echec il me demande l'OS que je veux ouvrir et il fait defiler une liste de fichiers à l'écran super rapidement puis après écran noir et là il y a un message en bas de l'écran : "press ESC for ?Skip? SFDT.SYS" le message va vite j'ai pas vraiment le temps de lire. puis encore écran noir de plusieurs secondes et tout a coup écran bleu de 1/4 de seconde avec des choses écrites. pour l'avoir déjà rencontré chez un collegue je pense savoir de quoi il s'agit : Vous avez récemment installé un matériel ou logiciel......Voilà tu dois connaitre la suite.

Bien evidemment je vais suivre ton conseil concernant l'antivirus et oui je veux bien que tu m'indiques la procédure de désinstallation d'AVAST. (je vais lire le comparatif)

J'avais fait de même j ai changé il y a un bon moment deja, plus d'un an suite aux soucis que j'ai rencontré sur le net avec celui ci...

En tout cas encore merci pour tout ce que tu fais. Si tu fais çà avec tout le monde comment arrives-tu à trouver le temps ?

Je bosse de nuit, en 10 h et j'ai du coup pas mal de repos ;)

Pour ton changement d'antivirus :

1)Télécharge Avira antivir

-- Télécharge Avira antivir PersonalEdition Classic a partir de ce lien :
https://www.avira.com/ sur ton Bureau.

-- Télécharge le désinstalleur d Avast sur ton Bureau https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility

2) Désinstallation d avast

Mets toi hors connexion , puis désinstalle Avast via Démarrer / Paramètres /Panneau de config/ et dans Ajout/ Suppression de programmes, navigue jusqu'’à Avast et clique sur supprimer puis choisi Désinstaller.
Redémarre ton PC comme demandé et supprime le dossier C:\Program Files\ Alwils Software

Ou bien tu peux utiliser le désinstalleur d Avast si tu préfères.

3) Installe et paramètre puis mets a jour Antivir

Double-clique sur son set up sur ton Bureau pour lancer l’installation.

Une fois celui ci installé

Reconnecte toi afin d’ effectuer sa mise a jour et le paramétrer.
Ferme le scan qui s'est lancé de manière automatique.

4) Scan Antivirus et nettoyage avec Avira Antivir

Lance Avira antivir en faisant un double-clique sur le raccourci d’Antivir sur ton Bureau (ou via Démarrer /tous les programmes /Antivir) puis « start Antivir »
Clique sur Local protection (colonne à gauche) puis sur « Scanner » puis vérifie à RootKit search et Manuelle détection (en développant avec la petite croix devant chacun d'eux) que tous tes disques durs soient bien cochés, puis clique sur la loupe (en dessous de statut)
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir « Luke Filewalker » .. le scan va démarrer.
Mets tout ce qu il trouve en "quarantine"
Une fois le scan achevé, ferme les deux fenêtres d'Antivir et sauvegarde le rapport qui vient d'apparaître sur ton Bureau..

Tu peux poster, s'il a trouvé quelque chose, le rapport d'Antivir (que tu as sauvegardé sur ton Bureau)

On va essayer cela tout d'abord

Ouvre le bloc-notes et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait) :

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Shell Folders]
"Common AppData"="C:\\ProgramData"


Puis "fichier"/"enregistrer sous" :
dans : sur le Bureau
Nom du fichier : fix.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
Clique sur "enregistrer"

Note:
* Lors de l'enregistrement, il faut choisir pour le champ "Type": "Tous les fichiers"
* Fait bien attention que Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 soit sur la toute 1ere ligne

Quitte internet et double clique sur fix.reg sur ton Bureau
=> tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"

Dis moi ce que cela donne ;)

Pour le sans echec : j'ai fais le fihcier fix.reg (inscriprtion OK) mais toujours même résultat ??
On avait pas déjà fait çà plus haut ?

Re bonjour MMCCC

Le reg que je t'avais donné, le 1er était pour Avast pour le remettre sur le démarrage, le 2nd pour les mises à jours d'Antivir qui bloquaient.

Ce sont elles faites correctement d'ailleurs ?

Celui-ci est pour le mode sans échec, je ne savais pas que ton mode sans échec bloquait ...

On va tenter de réparer le réparer ;)

Télécharge ce fichier (clic droit et Enregistrer sous) : Safeboot.reg de Malekal_Morte

http://www.malekal.com/download/SafeBoot.reg avec IE

http://www.zshare.net/ avec FireFox

Sur ton Bureau et déconnecte toi d'Internet

Puis double clique dessus et accepte l'inscription des données.

Normalement tu devrais pouvoir accéder au mode sans échec.

Dis moi ce qu'il en est.
