Bonjour,
j ai un virus intitulé cheval de troie Win32:Vundo@dll [Trj] qui arrive toute les deux heure quand je les mets en quarantaine et comment j ai vu dans les sujets qu il faut faire beaucoup de manip et sa a l air tres personnel dc c est pour sa que je me permet de reouvrir un nouveau sujet

pour supprimer vundo telecharge vundofix ici:

mettez-le sur votre bureau
Après le téléchargement. Cliquez sur VundoFix.exe 
L'outil va s'ouvrir. Cliquez sur Scan for Vundo
Si une infection est détecté. Cliquez sur Remove Vundo cela va éliminer les fichiers infectés trouvés par l’outil, confirmez la suppression des fichiers.
Dans certains cas un redémarrage est requis donc acceptez-le.
Après l'utilisation de VundoFix, un rapport est automatiquement généré. Son emplacement se situe dans la racine de votre Windows C:/ vundofix backups/vundofix
Ouvrez le fichier texte VundoFix puis copier/coller le rapport sur le forum
Supprimez le dossier de sauvgarde VundoFix Backups

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

desinstalle avast puis mes antivir mes le a jour puis fais un scan et supprime tous se qu'il trouve

Réglages pour AntiVir:

*Ouvre "AntiVir" puis clique sur "Configuration" et coche la case "Expert Mode" puis sur l´onglet "Scanner" dans la fenêtre du dessous tu va voir:
*Vas dans l'onglet "Scanner" puis coche "All Files" et en dessous dans l'onglet "Scanner Priority" tu mets "High".
*Puis toujours dans l'onglet "Scanner" dans l'encadrer "Scan proces" coche "Allow stopping the scanner"cela te permettra de faire une pause pendant l' analyse si tu le souhaite.

*Puis toujours dans l'onglet "Scanner" dans l'encadre "Additionnal Setting" coches ces lignes:

*"Scan boot sectors of selected drives"
*"Scan master boot sectors"
*"Scan memory"
*"Search foe rootkit before scan"

Et maintenant décoche:

*"Ignore off line files"

*Puis dans l'onglet "Scanner" vas dans le sous-onglet "Scan" puis "Heurestic" puis coche "Macrovirus Heuristic" puis coche "Win32 flie heuristic" puis sur "High detection level"

Double-clique sur le fichier "SmitFraudFix.exe" (SmitFraudFix) et choisis l'option 1, il va lister tous les éléments nuisibles dans un rapport : poste-le
Le rapport se trouve à la racine du disque système C:\rapport.txt

process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant potentiellement dangereux. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité.

Double clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe
Sélectionne 2 et clique sur Entrée dans le menu pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.
A la question: Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? Réponds O (oui) et clique sur Entrée afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de registre de l'infection.
L'outil déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question: Corriger le fichier infecté ? Réponds O (oui) et clique Entrée pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.
Un redémarrage sera peut être nécessaire pour terminer la procédure de nettoyage. Le rapport se trouve à la racine du disque système C:\rapport.txt

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install. L'outil sera extrait à la racine du lecteur système (généralement le C:\).
Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
·	Redémarre ton ordinateur
·	Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8  (F5 sur certains PC), une pression par seconde.
·	A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
·	Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
·	Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
·	Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le script.
·	Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
·	Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
·	Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
·	Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
·	Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
·	Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
·	Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
·	Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Désactive ton antivirus, antispyware, et Spybot-S&D (résident) durant l'utilisation de ComboFix. Merci. Tu le réactiveras ensuite, en fin de désinfection.

A noter: une fois que ComboFix est lancé, il ne faut pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de ComboFix car cela pourrait entraîner un plantage du programme. 
Il est recommandé de laisser l'outil analyser et nettoyer le PC sans utiliser quoi que ce soit d'autre... 
A la fin de l’analyse, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Rappel : une fois que ComboFix est lancé, il ne faut pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de ComboFix car cela pourrait entraîner un plantage du programme. 
Il est recommandé de laisser l'outil analyser et nettoyer le PC sans utiliser quoi que ce soit d'autre... 
Sélectionne le texte suivant (Ctrl+A):

Copie le texte sélectionné (CTRL+C).
Ouvre le Bloc-notes (Démarrer/Tous les programmes/Accessoires/Bloc-notes).
Colle le texte copié dans ce Bloc-notes (CTRL+V).
Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton Bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt (CFScript)

Comme l'image le montre, fait glisser CFScript.txt sur ComboFix.exe(ComboFix)
Une fenêtre à fond bleu va s'ouvrir: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Laisse ComboFix travailler
Patiente le temps de l'analyse. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le nettoyage n'est pas terminé.
Un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu. 
Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, tu le trouves ici, à la racine de ton Système, en principe : C:\ComboFix.txt (C:\ComboFix)

Télécharge OAD ( par !aur3n7) http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau

Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer

- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de : rqRjKDsS
- Type de recherche : Sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide [entrée]

OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ait terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à l’écran dès qu'il aura terminé.

- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.

Rappel : une fois que ComboFix est lancé, il ne faut pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de ComboFix car cela pourrait entraîner un plantage du programme. 
Il est recommandé de laisser l'outil analyser et nettoyer le PC sans utiliser quoi que ce soit d'autre... 
Sélectionne le texte suivant (Ctrl+A):

Copie le texte sélectionné (CTRL+C).
Ouvre le Bloc-notes (Démarrer/Tous les programmes/Accessoires/Bloc-notes).
Colle le texte copié dans ce Bloc-notes (CTRL+V).
Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton Bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt (CFScript)

Comme l'image le montre, fait glisser CFScript.txt sur ComboFix.exe(ComboFix)
Une fenêtre à fond bleu va s'ouvrir: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Laisse ComboFix travailler
Patiente le temps de l'analyse. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le nettoyage n'est pas terminé.
Un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu. 
Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, tu le trouves ici, à la racine de ton Système, en principe : C:\ComboFix.txt (C:\ComboFix)

Télécharge ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.
http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le Scan se terminer.
Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
Poste-moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).


Fais un Scan en ligne avec
https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr  

NOTE: le Scan est à faire avec Internet Explorer
Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche clique sur J'accepte

On va te demander de télécharger des contrôles ActiveX, accepte.
Laisse le faire les mises à jour puis quand il aura fini, clique sur Suivant

Dans le menu Choisissez la cible de l'analyse, sélectionne Poste de travail.
Le Scan va commencer. 

Reviens avec le rapport de Scan obtenu

si tout va bien supprime tout ce qu'on a utilisé et qui ne l'a pas été par Tools Cleaner2, car ce ne sera plus utile désormais
conserve néanmoins Ccleaner ou

Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires". Ensuite, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
Un tuto

et effectue le nettoyage tous les jours avant de couper le PC

installe ce logiciel très utile et Scanne ton PC avec une fois par semaine au moins...

la sécurité c'est très important mais ne remplace pas l'internaute, un surf prudent en évitant le crack, les sites "chauds", permet déjà d'éviter bien des soucis, le P2P lui aussi est source d'infections...
