Hello, I have a problem with my mobile phone; it turned off when I connected it to my PC to download songs. It's a CECT C1000 mobile TV. I've tried many things, but it refuses to turn on. I am seeking your help for this issue. Thank you in advance.

plug it back into your computer and see if it turns on; try turning it off while connected to your PC
I hope that before unplugging it from your PC you safely removed this device

If after plugging it back into the PC it still doesn't work, try software updates on the manufacturer's website.
