Hello,
I'm in career mode on FIFA and I would like to get your opinions on several points.
How do you recruit?
- Do you take young players that you scout from clubs through detailed searches? If so, how do you recognize a player with potential?
- Or do you hire a scout and buy players that don’t actually exist?
So basically, I'm looking for tips!

Well, I started my career with Chelsea because they had a strong budget at the beginning: 100 million euros.
Then I went into the transfer market and looked for Carlos Eduardo, who plays for Gremio in the Brazilian first division; he only has 84 in performances and costs around 16 million, and he's only 18 or 19 years old, so I bought him and checked my team to see who I could sell, and that player I had just bought cost 26 million euros, so I made a good deal. Then I sold Lampard for 14 million euros to Middlesbrough.
As I progressed in my career, I had the best attack in the Barclays Premier League with 92.
Carlos Eduardo had an average of 94, stronger than Drogba.
His qualities: he's small, so very fast and hard to tackle or intercept, and formidable in front of the goalkeeper.
Otherwise, I'm in 2011 now and I intend to buy another player who plays for Cruzeiro and has around 93 on average.

Salut tout le monde. Moi j'ai commencé avec Monaco qui a 25 000 000 € de budget et je me suis fait une équipe de rêve. La première saison, j'ai recruté Pato pour 18 000 000 et Aquafresca gratuitement, car il était joueur libre. Pato monte à 97 et Aquafresca à 90. Après plusieurs saisons, j'ai recruté G. Sergio, Asensio qui monte à 90, Balle, Taiwo, Gosling, Fabregas, bon à+.

Hi gamers.. I highly recommend in the unknown players category, Nelsen the goalkeeper who finishes at 99 and the midfielder Crilly who also quickly reaches 99 without training, just by keeping them as starters. As a backup goalkeeper, I have Sirotkin who finishes after a few years around 95-96, but you need to coach him and make him a starter, and for that, you have to let go of Nelsen, who is hard to replace if you’re already struggling in career mode. I should add that these players aren’t immediately available but rather after 7 or 8 years of career, so patience is key. Send as many scouts as possible and stay alert for transfers because it's better to grab them before they cost a fortune!! In career mode, I had Fonteyre, Crouse, Bastedo, Crilly, Nelsen, Seigre, Arroyo, Cazorla. These are the only players I remember; I lost all the data from my career. Give me names of players who are in the careers from the beginning and others that the scouts bring in at the end of the career 10 to 15 years later.
