Hello,
For some time now, I've been experiencing the following problem: the camcorder refuses to take the tape, and the following message appears: condensation, operation paused please wait. I understand that this means operations are interrupted due to condensation! However, the device has been kept dry and in its bag. I've done what the manual says, but nothing works! Is there a solution? Besides returning it to a dealer who charges me €150.
Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
thank you, but I had already done it.
But yesterday, after I sent my message, I left my camcorder on, since it wouldn't close anymore, and without knowing it, I had left the switch on, and thus all night.
This morning, I noticed it, and I wanted to close it, you never know, and boom, the tray retracted.
Here, I take a new tape, and bam it is accepted. Strange, I start filming, and it works, how, I don’t know, could it be because I left the switch on? but it works.
I have the same issue with mine, I can no longer insert a cassette into the camcorder, it shows the condensation message. I tried using a hair dryer but nothing worked (so no film for the end-of-year school party).
I will try your troubleshooting. But has the problem completely disappeared or can it be recurring?
