Bureau saute/ SDfix out en mode sans echec

Question

Bonjour,
Voila je vous explique mon problème, après un redémarrage suite à un plantage de TuneUP j'ai commencé a avoir mon bureau qui disparraissait. Pour être plus clair tous les icones disparraissent et réapparraissent ensuite, un peu comme quand on arrete un programme via le gestionnaire de tâches. Il me l'a fait une fois deux fois et puis c'est devenu toutes les 5 secondes....

Du coup, j'ai réinstallé sdfix, et j'ai redémarré le système en mode sans échec. Première surprise le bureau disparraissait de nouveau m'affichant une fenêtre windows où on m'explique "vous êtes en mode sans échec cliquez sur oui si vous désirez restaurez vos paramètres via le panneau de configuration ou non si vous désirez faire une restauration du système via un enrregistrement", et ce toutes les 5 secondes de nouveau.......

Si j'ouvre mon poste de travail et que je n'atteint pas le fichier Runthis.bat de sdfix en moin de 5 secondes l'écran redisparait/message de windows précité/Message d'erreur windows: "Pas de disque"     Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c 75afbf9c"

Bien sûr j'ai réussi à atteindre le fichier RunThis.bat assez vite, j'y ai presque cru mais dés que le message windows réapparait, Sdfix m'affiche: "Nom de commande ou de fichier incorrect Impossible de charger le support IPX/SPX VDM. Le fichier spcifié est introuvable."

Voila si quelqu'un sait me dire ce que je peux faire, il est évident que je ne sais pas vous poster un rapport quelconque par un programme..... malheureusement

fais ca :

* Télécharger Combifix (by Subs) sur cette page :
    * http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    * Enregistrez le sur le bureau
    * Déconnectez vous d'internet et fermez toutes tes applications et programmes
    * Double-cliquez sur combo-fix.exe
    * Appuyer sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan
    * Le rapport sera crée sous la racine: C:\Combofix.txt 

Remarque : combo se charge de supprimer un certain nombre de fichiers infectés liés à bagle.
 Il est impératif de télécharger combo par le lien donné précédemment ( version renommée ) ou alors de renommer vous même combo ( clic droit sur le fichier < renommer ), car sinon Combo sera totalement inefficace face à Bagle !
(vous pouver renomer combofix en n'importe quoi comme killer ou tuer etc...)

Merci de ta réponse rapide,

Le pc semble stabilisé du moins pour l'instant. Un peu avant j'ai eu un problème de mon AV me signalant qu'un site web tentait de m'nvoyer un programme: je l'ai bloqué. Par ailleurs j'ai également installé TuneUP en version d'essai et je l'ai lancé pour la première fois peu après l'alerte. Sais-tu me dire si la source peut se situer dans un programme tel que celui-ci ou une partie du fichier aurait été infectées?

ok maintenant

désinstalle avast puis mes antivir mes le a jour puis fais un scan et supprime tous se qu'il trouve (delete)
et tu me colle le log d'antivir

réglages pour antivir :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level


aussi clic sur guard puis coche scan archive puis tu decoche les 3 case en dessous puis ok

Bonjours,

Bien sur rien n'est fixé, j'ai mis beaucoup de temps à installer antivir à cause de l'instabilité du système. Après un scan du système j'ai pu deleter unfichier corrompu se trouvant dans les back up de SDFIX,. Reste un gros problème que Antivir n'arrive pas à supprimer: un trojan dans win 32 nommé nommé TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen et situé exactement dans C:\WINDOWS\system32\ljJCuSMF.dll.

Pas moyen de le supprimer via antivir, ce dernier me balace alertes sur alertes,cela m'a empecher de copier le Rapport du scan tout à l'heure, que je narrive pas à retrouver maintenant à cause de l'instanbilité du système je ne suis même pas sûr qu'il ait été sauvé d'ailleurs.

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFscript


Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscrïpt sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.


Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo. 

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Ordi beaucoup plus stable, antivir a redetecté le virus et l'a mis en quarantaine je viens de le delete, je n'ai plus d'alerte mais j'ai quand même relancé le scan voici les logs:

C:\QooBox\Quarantine
