AZERTY/QWERTY Keyboard Under Qbasic

Hello,
I installed QBASIC V.4.5 FR under Vista but when I start it my keyboard works in AZERTY only inside the program.
I tried Alt+Shift but it still doesn’t change.
Could you please give me a solution
