If it's for Excel, I have a macro from Eriiic that we often use and it works perfectly. But I only have it in the direction that I requested: lowercase -> uppercase.

I only use Office, so it seemed obvious to me... I won't make this mistake again.

The principle of RAYMOND still applies in WORD 2003:
Select the text / Format / Change Case / Lowercase / or vice versa

PS for RAYMOND: the icon also exists in 2003, you just have to find it by customizing the toolbar in the format section.
