Adware;aide pour le supprimer

Bonjour,
j ai fait un scanner en ligne ce jour avec windows one care,il me trouve un adware dans program files qui se nomme shopping report/uninst.exe;soit disans impossible a effacer;
ma question puis je supprimer ce fichier manuellement dans program files en le supprimant manuellement?
merci de m aider .

colle un rapport hijackthis

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

A mon avis le programme doit etre inscrit dans ta base de registre...

Fais moi parvenir un rapport hijack this pour y voir plus claire :

merci pour ta reponse,alors moi je suis novice;si je telecharge hijachtis;et je dois faire un rapport comment tu fais sa;est ce complique je peu tj essayer et merci encore....je dois bien te faire rire.....

on va y arriver...

une fois que tu as le rapport dans le bloc note tu le copie en clickant sur edition puis sur copier, puis tu viens sur le forum et tu click droit avec ta sourie et choisie coller...

ok pour hijack this,

je ne voie rien de suspect...

tu as supprimé shopping report ?

effectue un scan a l´aide de cet antispyware et post son resultat stp :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

a prori les fichiers ont ete detruits non?
par exemple mon antivirus ma lance une alerte,modification systema detecte bloque ou non .dois je garder ce logiciel maintenant ou dois je le garder.que me conseille tu?et merci encore t es super

shopping report n´est plus qu´un mauvais souvenir...

Redemarre le programme (malwarebytes); click sur l´onglet "quarantaine", puis sur "tout supprimer"; quitte le programme.

Tu peux le garder pour scanner ton pc, genre une fois tout les mois environ...

Maintenant on va retirer les entrees superflues a l´aide de hijack this :
