Indeed, you are absolutely right: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is very clear on this matter, particularly in Articles IV, V, X, and XI; we can talk about this and other things until the end of the night if we want, and this in all democratic countries, that’s correct, .... except if in doing so we provide a recipe for carrying out an illegal action, thus contrary to legislated Laws, which in legal terms is referred to as open and public incitement to piracy, receiving stolen goods, the diversion of protected works, etc.

This is definitely debatable... let's take an example: killing or injuring someone constitutes an illegal action. But it is not forbidden to say that one can kill or injure a person with a firearm, as it is a recognized fact (thank goodness for journalists). Regarding the tutorial topic, I've searched but I can't find any modus operandi that allows hacking (should I say assassinating) the game Assassin's Creed, but only people who, as a result of hacking the game indeed (...although this is not clearly stated), ended up with a foreign version of it and are unsuccessfully trying to find solutions. It is therefore a recognized fact (an unfortunate but very recurrent observation when using pirated versions): every medal has its reverse. Whether we talk about it positively or negatively, the important thing is that we talk about it; I find that this tutorial encourages not to use the pirated version (unless you love Russian), so it would be a shame to censor it because of a charter too restrictive for our free minds.
