[Fedora 8] imprimante HP

Bonjour,

imprimante hp photosmart 7260

mode d'emploi :

installer tout ce qui va avec ....

yum -y -d 10 -e 1 install cups cupsddk cupsddk-drivers cupsddk-devel cups-devel dbus-devel gcc-c++ ghostscript openssl-devel libjpeg-devel net-snmp-devel glibc-headers libtool libusb-devel make python-imaging PyQt python-ctypes dbus-python python-devel python python python-reportlab sane-backends sane-backends-devel sane-frontends xsane

téléchargement de la source et désarchivage
on télécharge :
https://sourceforge.net/projects/hplip/files/hplip/2.8.4/hplip-2.8.4.tar.gz/download
ou bien ici : http://hplip.sourceforge.net/downloads.html

on désarchive la source et on va dans le répertoire créé :

tar xvfz hplip-2.8.4.tar.gz
cd hplip-2.8.4

configurer HPLIP pour l'installation
32 bit distro :

./configure --enable-network-build --disable-pp-build --enable-fax-build --enable-gui-build --enable-scan-build --enable-doc-build --disable-foomatic-ppd-install --enable-foomatic-drv-install --with-drvdir=/usr/share/cups/drv/hp/ --with-hpppddir=/usr/share/cups/model/HP --disable-hpijs-only-build --prefix=/usr

compiler HPLIP

(en user)

make

puis

(en root)

make install

étapes post-installation
Désactiver SELinux (déjà désactivé chez moi).

1) Débrancher-Rebrancher si USB ou bien
2) Redémarrer le PC

Configurer l'imprimante

A) en utilisant la commande hp-setup en root !

B) en utilisant CUPS

/etc/init.d/cups restart

puis ouvrir un navigateur et taper dans la barre URL : http//localhost:631

enfin pour moi le plus galère fût d'avoir survolé ceci : 2) Redémarrer le PC, sinon l'imprimante n'était pas reconnu !!!!!
